How to: Set up a meeting in Schedule+ using the Meeting Wizard.
Solution:
Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Make meeting...'. Select the appropriate information in the Meeting Wizard.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Make meeting...'. (The Meeting Wizard dialog box appears.)
2) Select one or more of the following check boxes in the Meeting Wizard dialog box:

a) 'Required attendees who must attend' to choose attendees for the meeting.
b) 'Optional, FYI attendees who are not required to attend'.
c) 'A location such as a conference room'.
d) 'Resources like computers or audiovisual equipment'.
3) Click 'Next'.
4) Do one of the following to list attendees:
a) Type the names in the box provided.
b) Click 'Pick Attendees' to select attendees from an address book. (The address book opens.)

5) Click 'Next'.
6) If Step 2)b) was checked, type the names of the optional attendees.
7) Click 'Next'.
8) If Step 2)c) was checked, type the name of the location or click 'Pick Location'.
9) Click 'Next'.
10) If Step 2)d) was checked, type the name of the required resource(s) or click 'Pick Resources'.
11) Click 'Next'.
12) Select the duration of the meeting and the travel time to and from the meeting.
13) Click 'Next'.
14) Select the available times and days for the meeting.
15) Click 'Next'.
16) Select a radio button for optional attendees.
17) Click 'Next'.
NOTE: A dialog box will appear if an attendees schedule is not available.
18) Click 'OK'. (A dialog box will appear with meeting information.)
Meeting information
NOTE: Click 'Pick Next Time' if the time given is unacceptable.
19) Click 'Next'.
20) Click 'Finish'. (A 'Meeting Request' dialog box will appear.)
Meeting Request form
a) Fill in the 'Where' field.
b) Fill in the 'Subject' field and type additional comments in the space provided.
21) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Send'.
